Barnes & Noble has updated a number of their B&N Classics Series books — they are now in the EPUB format rather than PDB (ereader), which means they should work on all the nook ereaders, not just the original nook. Right now, 20 of the titles are free. These are annotated classics, not just scanned editions, which usually sell for $3-$4.
great site for sharing your lendable ebooks for Kindle and Nook. the idea is simple, you can borrow a book for about 14 days and then it expires. you can also put your lendable books on the site for others to borrow. will definitely be checking this out when i have 14 days to finish an entire book. unfortunately schoolwork is eating up all of my pleasure reading time…
